Rule #1 Deals With Odd And Even Numbers

There are only so many ways you can make up a number combination using odd and even numbers. Below you see the various ways for 5 and 6 number games. The more balanced Odd/Even Sets are at the top of the list, while the least balanced Sets are at the bottom.

Odd / Even Sets
All 5 Number Games All 6 Number Games
3 odd / 2 even 3 odd / 3 even
2 odd / 3 even 4 odd / 2 even
4 odd / 1 even 2 odd / 4 even
1 odd / 4 even 5 odd / 1 even
5 odd / 0 even 1 odd / 5 even
0 odd / 5 even 6 odd / 0 even
  0 odd / 6 even

It's easy enough to calculate how many number combinations are possible for each type. Once you know how many combinations are possible for each type you can calculate, on average, how often each type should be drawn. Long before the first drawing takes place, you can calculate how many times each type should be drawn for any given number of drawings. You can then compare that with actual drawing results to see if each type is, indeed, drawn as expected.

When we calculate how many combinations of each type are possible, some interesting facts emerge. When you look at actual drawing results, it really starts getting exciting! Below you will see calculated and actual drawing results for a 6 of 49 game after 275 drawings.

3 odd / 3 even 4,655,200 1 in 3 91.5 92
4 odd / 2 even 3,491,400 1 in 4 68.7 68
2 odd / 4 even 3,187,800 1 in 4 62.7 58
5 odd / 1 even 1,275,120 1 in 11 25.1 25
1 odd / 5 even 1,062,600 1 in 13 20.9 25
6 odd / 0 even 177,100 1 in 79 3.5 5
0 odd / 6 even 134,596 1 in 104 2.6 2

Indeed, each Odd/Even Set is drawn quite as expected!! The more balanced Odd/Even Sets are drawn much more often than other types! Why? Because there are more combinations possible and available to be drawn in the more balanced types.

What Does This Show You?

First of all, it shows you that in a 6 number game the 3 odd/3 even type of number combination has more number combinations possible than any other type. For this reason alone, the 3 odd/3 even type of number combination has a better chance of being drawn on any given night than any other type. Also, the 3 odd/3 even type of number combination should be drawn much more often over any given period of time than any other type! This applies to any 6 number game out there! It also works the same way for 4 and 5 number games. Important to note is that when you break number combinations down into smaller groups, the larger of the smaller groups are favored to be drawn. Keep this in mind.

At the same time, you should realize that if you are playing a 6 odd/0 even type of number combination and one of the other types(the more favored types) is drawn, you have absolutely no chance of winning the grand prize! You would certainly have more real chances of winning the grand prize if you are playing the types of number combinations which are drawn more often!

So now you know why 'The more you balance your number combinations with odd and even numbers, the more you play the types of number combinations being drawn the most'. Give it a try! We wish you the best of luck!!

With the idea that you are forced to narrow your odds to a particular few number combinations, it is vitally important that your selections be made logically, based on important facts of the game! Already you are able to weed out certain types of number combinations which have a much lower chance of being drawn!!

Don't Forget That The Two Rules Go Together!

Remember the second rule? 'The more you balance your number combinations using numbers across the full range of numbers in the game, the more you play the types of number combinations being drawn the most'.
